Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant Bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations
- Maintain timely communication with clients between 9 AM and 6 PM (your local time)
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager reporting directly to a CEO or President
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and cloud-based tools
- Expert in QuickBooks Online and able to manage financial records with precision
- Comfortable working remotely with your own Windows laptop and smartphone with internet access
