Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Recertification Associate responsible for processing recertifications for participants in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Process recertification applications ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Review participant income and household composition to determine eligibility for housing assistance
- Maintain accurate records of recertifications and assist with quality control activities as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in affordable housing programs or similar administrative roles preferred
- Knowledge of HUD regulations and Fair Housing laws is a plus
- Must obtain HCV/PH Certification within 45 days from date of hire
- Strong computer skills
