A company is looking for a Remote Medical Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist patients with medical inquiries
- Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
- Document patient interactions and update records accurately
Required Qualifications
- Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience
- Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
- Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access is required
