A company is looking for a Remote Telephone Member Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle member and non-member calls regarding credit union products and services
- Process external payment requests and assist with member live chats
- Meet and exceed productivity, sales, and quality goals while cross-selling products and services
Required Qualifications
- College degree or a minimum of two years relevant experience in the financial industry or customer service
- Previous sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Professional telephone demeanor with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Computer literate with knowledge of Windows applications
- Must achieve Level 1 lending authority within four to six months of hire
