Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach calls to schedule patients for healthcare appointments
- Assist patients with pre and post-visit support needs through inbound calls
- Document interactions effectively in a CRM or EMR and verify insurance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
- Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
