Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Support Engineers to achieve KPI and operational excellence
- Set team and individual goals aligned with Global Support objectives
- Provide mentorship and act as an escalation contact for technical challenges
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years managing technical support professionals and 7 years in a technical support role
- Familiarity with database products, particularly NoSQL solutions and distributed systems
- Experience with customer-managed installations in Cloud and on-premise environments
- Strong technical aptitude in database and cloud technologies
- Must be a US Citizen
