Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Support Engineers to achieve KPI and operational excellence
  • Set team and individual goals aligned with Global Support objectives
  • Provide mentorship and act as an escalation contact for technical challenges


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years managing technical support professionals and 7 years in a technical support role
  • Familiarity with database products, particularly NoSQL solutions and distributed systems
  • Experience with customer-managed installations in Cloud and on-premise environments
  • Strong technical aptitude in database and cloud technologies
  • Must be a US Citizen
