Remote Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Offshore Product Manager to join their development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of product segments and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Create documentation videos and train Sales & CX teams on product features
• Conduct user acceptance testing and produce engaging training materials

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a product owner or product manager in a SaaS company
• Experience with CPaaS or CCaaS software at the module or application level
• Familiarity with maintaining mobile apps and integration with HubSpot/Salesforce
• Experience in product telemetry and usage monitoring
• Ability to create product documentation using video and write knowledge base articles
