• Oversee the agile process and facilitate change management through educational sessions on process or system design changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of related experience
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of delivering results
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
• Agile experience preferred
