Job Summary

A company is looking for a REMOTE Tier 1 Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily to assist families with login issues and provide customer support
  • Respond to high volumes of inquiries regarding products, services, and troubleshooting platform issues
  • Utilize LiveChat and email to assist families, students, and teachers with technical problems


Required Qualifications and Training
  • Previous technical help desk experience or recent technical certificate
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, particularly with HP laptops
  • Experience with Active Directory for password resets
  • Ability to work remotely with a quiet environment and high-speed internet
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST
