Job Summary
A company is looking for a REMOTE Tier 1 Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily to assist families with login issues and provide customer support
- Respond to high volumes of inquiries regarding products, services, and troubleshooting platform issues
- Utilize LiveChat and email to assist families, students, and teachers with technical problems
Required Qualifications and Training
- Previous technical help desk experience or recent technical certificate
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, particularly with HP laptops
- Experience with Active Directory for password resets
- Ability to work remotely with a quiet environment and high-speed internet
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST
