Key Responsibilities

• Manage critical inquiries and issues through the entire resolution lifecycle
• Participate in product releases, documenting issues and anticipating client needs
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and recommend enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Seven years of experience in client relationship management or product management within the Financial Industry
• Project management experience preferred
