Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the lifecycle communications strategy, focusing on email and SMS to engage and retain customers
- Collaborate with the growth team and internal departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and share insights with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Lifecycle/Retention marketing, preferably in subscription-based e-commerce or DTC
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms for creating automated customer journeys
- Proven track record in developing campaigns that enhance customer retention and loyalty
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and experience with audience segmentation and personalization
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
