A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to join their Marketing and Communications team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage buyer messaging across email, push, and in-app to drive engagement and retention
- Oversee A/B testing and quarterly planning to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply lifecycle insights and guide engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of lifecycle/CRM marketing experience, ideally with mobile-first products
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of A/B test design and measurement
- Experience working with customer data for personalized marketing initiatives
