Key Responsibilities
- Support customer retention efforts by resolving issues and renegotiating service agreements
- Minimize churn by offering tailored product bundles and proactively contacting clients at critical points
- Meet or exceed retention goals for all product lines while maintaining a professional sense of urgency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in sales and working a sales funnel
- Wireless experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
