Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery to lead telesales operations and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to ensure performance and growth
- Design and implement strategic visions to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
- Collaborate with various departments to support campaign management and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with technology solutions relevant to sales delivery operations
