Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative to engage customers through phone-based sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and proactive prospecting to generate new business
• Sell a portfolio of solutions including Safety Forms, Compliance Publications, and SaaS tools
• Develop and implement strategies for dedicated account lists to uncover new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based or B2B sales environment
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong aptitude to learn new systems
• Motivated to exceed monthly sales quotas with a hunter mentality
