A company is looking for a Sponsorship Business Development Representative to join their League Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and outreach to youth sports organizations for sponsorship opportunities
- Maintain high-quality prospect and customer data, tracking all contact activities
- Participate in campaign planning and reviews to ensure alignment with Brand partner needs
Required Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with the youth sports landscape and/or sponsorships
- Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRMs, Microsoft Office, and internet research tools preferred
- 1 year of cold calling experience in new business development or related fields preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility and coachability in adapting to new approaches and strategies
