Job Summary
A company is looking for an Originating Loan Officer Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Review files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensure completeness of submissions
- Act as a liaison between origination staff, underwriters, and customers while managing client and referral partner databases
- Provide administrative support in the loan application process and resolve file issues throughout production and underwriting
Required Qualifications
- Active MLO Licensing required
- 2 - 5 years of experience for Level 1; 5+ years for Level 2
- Experience in marketing and database management
- Ability to analyze customer credit and financial scenarios
- Familiarity with loan processing and underwriting procedures
