Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Sales Executive to lead their sales team and exceed sales targets in the healthcare technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and oversee the end-to-end sales process using a consultative/selling approach
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and develop strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management on sales achievements and market trends
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in IT, preferably with software or SaaS solutions
  • Proven experience in HubSpot and consultative selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding business targets
  • Knowledge of using social media platforms for customer acquisition
