Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Renewal Subscription Representative fluent in English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Renew and retain existing customers' software subscriptions
• Close sales and achieve regular quotas while maintaining a database of prospects
• Handle customer objections and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• 1 - 2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
