- Own and report on SDR performance metrics and pipeline goals
- Recruit, train, and retain top SDR talent while fostering a culture of experimentation
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience leading an SDR team and 2-3 years of outbound quota experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team targets
- Fluency in HubSpot CRM/Sales Hub or Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to balance coaching with strategic planning
- Must be based in the United States and thrive in a fully remote environment
