Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Service Center Specialist I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day phone support for retirement plans, managing inbound and outbound calls while identifying client needs and providing solutions
- Respond to high volumes of team and personal emails, mail, and voicemails in real time to ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist in project work for Client Services and update procedure documents as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Three years of highly engaged customer service experience
- Experience with retirement plans is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ASPPA designation preferred
