Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Center Specialist I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day phone support for retirement plans, managing inbound and outbound calls while identifying client needs and providing solutions
  • Respond to high volumes of team and personal emails, mail, and voicemails in real time to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assist in project work for Client Services and update procedure documents as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three years of highly engaged customer service experience
  • Experience with retirement plans is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ASPPA designation preferred
