Revenue Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to manage and optimize revenue calculation and margin review processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and stage revenue, review builder documentation for accuracy, and process billing corrections
• Coordinate with Contracts Administration and Sales for revised pricing, audit processed lots, and update revenue in SAP
• Create lot cost sheets, prepare prebills, and perform revenue and margin analysis to support financial goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a revenue calculation or related role
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with revenue management or billing processes is preferred
