Revenue Cycle Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Associate - Credit Balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review EOBs and match postings in the system
• Identify and correct posting errors of payments and adjustments
• Research and initiate refunds on credit balances for insurances and patients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Experience reading EOBs
• Knowledge of primary, secondary, and tertiary insurances
• Ability to navigate diverse software applications effectively
