Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Portfolio finance team with month-end deliverables and financial statement disclosures
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for the Portfolio and integrated acquisitions
• Identify and implement process improvements and participate in finance transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• CPA accounting designation preferred
• 3 years of experience in public accounting or industry
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles under IFRS, specifically IFRS 15 and 16
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is considered an asset
