A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements training programs to enhance job performance and continuous improvement in the revenue cycle
- Gathers data to evaluate training outcomes and maintains collaborative relationships with leadership and stakeholders
- Supervises a team of learning specialists, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is required
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Five years of healthcare operations experience is required
- One year of leadership experience is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Revenue Cycle operations, systems, metrics, and analytics is required
