Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the GTM leadership team
- Optimize sales and marketing processes to improve efficiency and revenue performance
- Implement and manage automation tools to streamline operations and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and GTM tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Experience in building and managing business intelligence reporting and dashboards
- Strong change agent with the ability to drive change across the organization
- Preferred familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry or vertical-specific SaaS
