A company is looking for a Supervisor, Medicare Sales Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate Sales Support Representatives to achieve performance metrics
- Develop and document process improvement plans for sales efficiency
- Supervise daily operations and support staff in their job duties
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center
- Ability to work shifts from 6:00AM to 6:00PM PST, including overtime and weekends as needed
- High-speed hardwired internet connection with specified minimum speeds
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Microsoft Office, and contact management software
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
