Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to effectively position and sell complex workflows
- Manage a multi-tiered sales process for capital equipment, consumables, and services
- Develop and execute territory and account-specific sales plans to meet assigned quotas
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical background in molecular biology, sequencing, or genomics (preferred)
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in life science capital equipment or molecular diagnostics
- Understanding of the clinical, translational, and healthcare markets
- Demonstrated success with complex sales in a multi-layered environment
- Life Science Degree is required; advanced degree is a plus
