A company is looking for an RFP Team Manager to oversee a team of RFP specialists and lead the proposal process.

- Oversee the RFP process for quality and timeliness, providing direction and feedback to team members
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is recommended
- 7+ years of experience in ancillary and voluntary products
- Previous leadership experience and strategic thinking skills
- Subject matter expertise in group employee benefits and voluntary products
- Advanced experience with Qvidian and Salesforce
