Key Responsibilities
- Issue Stop Loss policies using various systems and resources
- Enter data into tools and generate essential documents, including audits of quote documents and case setup
- Monitor and resolve daily, weekly, and monthly error reports, ensuring data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables), SharePoint, Word, and Outlook
- Customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years customer service experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Current residence in Central or Eastern Time Zones
