Risk Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Risk Operations (Earnings & Rebates).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify emerging fraud and abuse risks in the earnings and rebates vertical and implement mitigation strategies
• Investigate and take action on unusual activity within the earnings and rebates vertical
• Manage a team of risk analysts, ensuring alignment with business priorities and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with earnings and rebates fraud
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 1+ years of AdTech industry experience
• Proficiency with enterprise-grade business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major; advanced degree preferred
