A company is looking for a Client Service Delivery Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client program execution, including developing operational plans and strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate program plans, performance updates, and key metrics
- Analyze reporting and metrics to provide insights and manage multiple chart review projects
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a client service delivery or client-facing operational role
- 3+ years of experience in coding, retrievals, submissions, or chart review programs
- 3+ years of experience in gathering and documenting client requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
