Robotics IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Robotics IT Manager - OpenSpan/Automation Anywhere to lead enterprise automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA/robotics solutions across business verticals using OpenSpan or Automation Anywhere
• Manage a team of developers, analysts, and support resources to ensure quality execution and operational excellence
• Design and implement robust automation governance, including compliance and change control processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering, OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering
• 12+ years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in RPA/robotics leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise in OpenSpan (Pega RPA) or Automation Anywhere
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale automation portfolios
