A company is looking for a Royalty Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of reconciliation summaries and supporting documentation
- Manage, track, and organize payments, payees, and vendor set-ups
- Coordinate preparation stages for monthly/quarterly client sales and royalty reporting
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in a finance and accounting role is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency with the MS-Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., V-Lookups, Pivot tables)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with the entertainment and/or music industry is desired but not required
