RTR Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RTR Manager - TEMP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of global RTR processes and procedures
• Coordinate RTR testing and ensure master data configuration aligns with global processes
• Act as a spokesperson for Finance Transformation benefits and manage documentation updates and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Business Information Systems, Management Science, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in RTR or related fields
• Strong finance process and systems knowledge, preferably in the music industry
• Experience in SAP implementation and change management
• Proven ability to engage partners and lead workshops effectively
