Ruby on Rails Frontend Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Ruby on Rails + Hotwire Frontend Pixel Perfectionist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive interfaces using Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, Stimulus, and Tailwind CSS
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to launch new features efficiently
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser behavior while writing clean, maintainable code

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade frontends on Ruby on Rails or a modern JS framework
• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS tooling such as Tailwind and PostCSS
• Solid JavaScript skills (ES6+) with a good understanding of progressive enhancement
• Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs
• Comfortable with Git and an agile, remote workflow
