Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code in Python and Elixir with Phoenix
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, prioritize, and deliver new features and improvements
• Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL and PostgreSQL

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem
• Demonstrable experience with Elixir and the Phoenix framework
• Solid understanding of relational databases, with strong SQL skills
