SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach/SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Agile coaching and mentorship to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, iteration reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Develop and deliver training on Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in Agile roles (Agile Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master) in enterprise environments
• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) required
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
