Key Responsibilities
- Calculate, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of monthly commission payments for the sales team
- Identify, address, and resolve challenges related to the commission system
- Analyze sales compensation data to provide actionable insights and improve commission plans
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a global high-tech organization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical skills
- Experience with sales compensation software (CaptivateIQ is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-evolving environment
