Key Responsibilities:
- Make 80-100+ lead-generated dials daily to educate families and schedule appointments
- Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow-ups
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Six months of professional work or internship experience
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals
- Flexibility to work some nights and weekends
- Basic understanding of sports and the college recruiting landscape
- Minimum of six months of sales experience preferred
