Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to develop a strong pipeline of high-quality demos
- Implement scalable outreach strategies and establish clear KPIs to assess SDR effectiveness

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in FinTech, HCIT, or similarly regulated industries preferred
