A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - LATAM-Based (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Responds promptly to inbound leads and qualifies them using a scorecard
- Books qualified calls for the founder or account executive and follows up with leads
- Maintains CRM notes and initiates warm outbound campaigns to marketing managers
Required Qualifications
- Based in LATAM with fluent English and a neutral/light accent
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Highly organized and self-accountable in CRM use
- Coachable and consistent, with the ability to follow up effectively
- Comfortable communicating on Zoom or phone with a warm tone
