Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Director to drive new client acquisition and lead a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Coach, support, and oversee a small team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and junior new business sellers
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies in collaboration with leadership
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years in Salesforce consulting
- Proven experience closing new business and managing a sales pipeline end-to-end
- Experience leading and motivating a team, ideally with prior people management experience
- Strong consultative, value-based sales approach
- Ambitious, proactive, and adaptable in a scaling, agile environment
