Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve sales processes, workflows, and performance tracking systems
- Administer and optimize CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Create sales collateral and facilitate onboarding and training for new sales team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or analytics
- Experience in healthcare and proven track record with CRM systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools
- Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
