A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to lead training and drive sales performance in a fast-paced MarTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement programs for onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching
- Own and streamline onboarding processes for new GTM hires
- Lead the rollout of Force Management's Command of the Message across sales teams
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement, sales, or revenue operations
- Proven experience deploying sales methodologies
- Strong content creation and instructional design skills
- Experience enabling multiple GTM personas across inbound and outbound motions
- Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce and Gong
