A company is looking for a Sales Executive & Account Manager to drive revenue growth through lead conversion and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and conduct product demonstrations across UK, US, and European markets
- Serve as primary account manager for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Create educational content and develop case studies to engage prospects and highlight success stories
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience with a background in customer service or account management
- Experience with CRM systems and client relationship management
- Content creation skills including writing and basic video creation
- Ability to work 2 PM - 7 PM UK timezone to cover UK, US, and European markets
- Previous experience in the agency, design, or creative services industry preferred
