Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Executive, ePayments.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage operational requirements of the ePayments client base, ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support
- Develop operational relationships with clients and deliver value propositions while collaborating with Account Executives
- Prepare and deliver operational account reviews and performance reporting related to service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in customer support roles
- 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- 6+ years of experience in managing and delivering services to clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- In-depth knowledge of banking industry and bank operations
