A company is looking for a Sales Manager in the Cruise & Tourism Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with travel agents and agency networks to enhance engagement and sales
- Develop tailored strategies to activate agent accounts and drive revenue growth through partnership approaches
- Oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support pipeline generation and conversion
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the travel, cruise, or tourism industry, preferably in sales or business development
- Deep understanding of the travel agent ecosystem, including retail agents and host agencies
- Proven success in managing and growing large partner portfolios using a relationship-first sales strategy
- Familiarity with cruise line operations and group sales processes
- High proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot Sales Enterprise
