Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (Temp) to support the sales team in creating and managing quotes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deliver accurate quotes using Salesforce CPQ, ensuring compliance with discount rules and timely distribution
• Coordinate with Contracts, Legal, and Finance to validate quote details and ensure alignment with internal processes
• Document and improve CPQ processes by authoring operating procedures and identifying enhancements to reduce errors

Required Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Contracts, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve process questions
• Experience in authoring standard operating procedures and streamlining workflows
• Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel or Power BI, with a focus on maintaining high quote accuracy
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple quote requests and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Familiarity with ARR concepts and contract terms
