A company is looking for a Sales Operations & Automation Developer to lead the design and implementation of automation and integrations for their sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the optimization of sales workflows and revamp the tech stack by analyzing processes and implementing scalable solutions
- Design and deploy integrations across various sales tools and automate key operations using APIs and scripting
- Build and maintain dashboards to track sales performance metrics and provide insights for continuous optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Operations, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Technology with a focus on software integration and process improvement
- Proficiency with CRM systems and experience with sales engagement platforms
- Experience in API integrations and using automation tools like Zapier or Make
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales or operations is a strong plus
